What if I don't see my medical bill?

If you don’t see a medical bill, GraceWell may not have received it yet.

Providers have up to 12 months to submit a bill for review. It is GraceWell's goal to review bills within 30 days of receipt. After 30 days, you can contact your provider and check the status of a medical bill, or reach out to GraceWell Member Services if you think that a bill is missing.
