How do I find a doctor, urgent care, or hospital that accepts GraceWell?

With GraceWell, you’re never restricted to a network. You have the freedom to choose any doctor, urgent care, or hospital you trust. As long as they accept Medicare, they can accept GraceWell members.

Here’s what to do:

• Show your Medicare card and GraceWell member card at the time of your visit.

• Providers can bill GraceWell directly through electronic billing (EDI).

• GraceWell's team works with providers to reprice bills quickly and fairly—most payments are completed in less than 15 days.

• Need help? Call Member Services at (877) 472-2955. They can answer provider questions, help you understand billing options, or point you in the right direction.
